Thanks to my mama, the young artist in me started with an unlimited supply of paints, pencils, and paper. I quickly progressed from there to snapping photos with my first digital camera when I realized how much control I had of each image. My grandpa gifted me his treasured 35mm camera for my high school graduation, which now continues to be my primary artistic tool. To slow things down even more, I got my hands on a 4x5 camera at Lewis & Clark College and saw the world upside down from there.

My heart will always be surfing in San Diego, California but Iā€™m happy exploring in Portland, Oregon and look forward to seeing what the rest of the world has to offer.
